DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF SERVICE

By hiring or utilizing the services of Bartending on the Move, you agree to the following terms:

Alcohol Licensing & Service:
Your business does not hold a liquor license and does not sell alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be provided by the client. We operate solely as a bartending service for private events. The client assumes all responsibility for the purchase, transportation, and legal distribution of alcohol at the event.

Age Verification:
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who cannot provide valid proof of legal drinking age. We follow all local, state, and federal laws regarding the service of alcohol. No exceptions.

Liability Waiver:
Your business and its staff are not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption before, during, or after the event. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a safe environment for guests.

Insurance:
We carry insurance. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) can be provided upon request.

Host Responsibility:
The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue allows alcohol service and that all necessary permits are obtained. The client agrees to monitor guest behavior and provide safe transportation options as needed.

Cancellation & Payment Policy:
A deposit of 10% is required to secure your event date. Full payment is due 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 2 days of the event are non-refundable.

Jurisdiction:
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any legal disputes must be handled within the jurisdiction of the State of Illinois.
